I was extremely happy with the service that was provided to me, very cost effective and the customer service was outstanding. Sharpest I’ve looked for a long time!!!

Avoid this place at all cost my experience here was very bad firstly I asked for middle fade zero and my beard to be blended the guy by the window start cutting my beard first which is very shocking I have been to so many barbers all over the country and they never start of by cutting the beard first that happens at the end then when he start cutting my beard he was keep asking me how shall I do this it felt like I was the barber I had to keep telling him off I felt like he was very inexperienced then what I found very rude they start to talk in there own language all 5 when it’s comes to payment time I think they all must be saying charge him extra I only went to this place because my barber was on holiday and I will never ever go back here 35 pound just for that wen I can pay my barber and get everything done for just £20 thats hair cut beard and eyebrows. When I walked out I never felt that fresh feeling when you leave a barbers chair so avoid this place ppl !!

So I’ve been visiting this place for a good year now as my regular barbers. Before, I would struggle to find a place with consistency - but after the first visit here, they became my regulars. You’re always offered coffee or tea on arrival, owner and staff are really friendly and make you feel welcomed and a valued customer. Overall it’s an excellent experience and you leave happy feeling like a valued customer with great value for money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone (=

Friendly guys .. always very attentive and great coffee

One of the best barbers in Birmingham. I have been going to Behbod a few times and he is amazing. He asks you at every step if your hair or beard are exactly how you like. Their way of shaving is so delicate and precise. Just amazing. I have also had my hair and beard done from Ali. He is fantastic too. Did my beard as exactly as I wanted. Not even a millimetre different. Please try these guys out. You will not regret. You will be paying exactly the same anywhere else but will not get a hot towel delicate shave anywhere else than these Guys. Just superb!I drive nearly 30 minutes to these guys to get the best service i require.This is not a review after just one try, i have been seeing consistent good trims and shaves. They offer you tea/coffee, I doubt anyone else would offer. And the staff is very polite. Apologising or saying please for even moving your head to the side!!

After trying a couple of barbers in the area, I think this will be my regular go-to. The staff were friendly and offered me a coffee as soon as I entered the shop. The service was faultless and to a very high standard. I highly recommend here.

Visited Turkish Diamond barbers in Castle Bromwich for the first time for a beard trim and shape. Shout out to Beni, he did a terrific job, was really polite and kept checking if progress was to my requirements. Definitely will come here again, hopefully with the same chap. Thanks!

Very polite , every barber highly skilled and they don't rush. £15 gents cut £18 skin fade . I've been going every 3 weeks for the last 2 years , no more words needed

This was my first visit to this barbers with my son and the experience was nothing short of excellent.Attentative staff greeted us with a welcome from every member of staff and a hot Turkish coffee was ofdered immediately upon entering.The attention to detail of the haircut was as I have come to expect from any Turkish barber and that is of high quality and finish. Today did not fall short and I will be returning in several weeks for another cut.Might I add the shop was kept clean and tidy throughout and the decoration and quality of furniture was of the highest standard resulting in a very satisfactory visit to which I can only give 5 stars and my highest recommendation to visit....
