Had my eyelashes done and it was my first time they were absolutely lovely and when a day later I'd messed one up a little as i got them wet she was more than happy to re apply the few id ruined for free.. I was at fault and had no problem paying so how lovely is that..im returning tomorrow for eyelashes eyebrows and nails

I was more than happy with the service I received today. The young man doing my nails was serenading me to ed sheeran as he had been to his concern so was showing us on his phone a couple that proposed on stage, it made for a bit of fun.It was very busy. I thought it was a bit pricey but I didn't ask before getting them done.

my big toe nails falling off I can feel it coming loose when I have my socks on,only just had them done yesterday and paid £40 for them !!!!!! And she even cut my toe

Terrible service to loyal customers !Been coming here every 3 weeks for 4 years spending between £45 and £75 .Today the attitude of the staff was disgraceful.Didn’t listen to a single thing I said then tried asking me to come back in a few hours to finish off AFTER I’d already been sat there for over 90 minutes !I’m one loyal customer lost and would never recommend to anyone again
