the ladies are so welcoming and lovely i felt really comfortable with them and the shop is so pretty. will most definitely be the place i go to have my nails done as well as other treatments:)))

I had a really sore neck and needed a message on the day. I messaged in the morning and got seen the same day. I had the most amazing massage by Kate who applied the right pressure and focused on areas that were causing me pain. I can say thay Katies massage is by far the est that I have had amd i have worked in this industry aswell. Iwill defo be back in 6 weeks time

I came in and my beautician seemed unprofessional and unorganised I was sat waiting for a good 15 minutes before getting seen. To start she didn’t want to do the service I had asked for and I suggested doing something different if she was incapable of doing it to which she seemed annoyed at. The owner reassured me that she could do it and was very helpful with her employee being visibly rude to her ( rolling eyes and sighing) as she knew she was capable. At the end the manager saw my nails as offered to add to them complimentary showing me she even knew they were bad. However the owner/manager was lovely and very considerate including her having to get involved doing my nails. I left upset with my nails I had paid for and I feel like I payed a lot of money for nails that weren’t the standard I expected due to the bumpy nails and the filing causing product to come off right at the end. Felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. No upset towards the manager just the staff in this situation. Sad to say I won’t be returning or recommending.

I went today! Got some pink flowers nails, and I'm obsessed! Definitely would recommend going.

I have been there twice now and lovely staff and lovely end results with my nails loved them both and felt very comfortable and welcome will definitely be back

After such a positive first visit to knails my experience on Saturday was extremely poor.I left your salon after a 2 hour appointment and cried at the state of my nails. All different lengths, one nail (that you told the beautician was ok) flaked and part of top coat off, a cut finger caused by a nail file, nails not filed straight....The young lady that was having a 'try out' is not to blame here but you should have stopped her when you saw the bad job she was doing. But instead you stood over her for an hour and micromanaged her.You are a very lovely person but I feel that your liazesfair attitude and poor management has lost you my custom.Nicky
