Easy to access, clean and hygienic. Lovely reception and the veterinary practitioners were fabulous. We were greeted by Emma who explained the process, and really connected with our vet-phobic dog, understanding the issues with scared pets and their anxious human parents . The reception staff were very professional and engaged. Thank you for your care for Boris and for the humour, care and professionalism.

Never a great place to visit regarding the nature of this establishment. But the staff are friendly and helpful. I easily got what i need to to give some kittens the best chance they need to start their new lives.
