It starts with an efficient and speedy response from the office staff and management and continues throughout the provided cost effective service - Professionalism.We had some extremely difficult time scales to be met but Chas and his team were fantastic throughout. Our move was a 2 day job because of the distance involved and the team (the 2 Pauls) were extremely helpful and a complete credit to the Company.

An excellent choice of removals. Chas provided a cost effective quote and was very understanding, during a fraught time waiting to exchange contracts. On the day, the removal company were very obliging and professional and went above and beyond to move my belongings carefully and move stuff around as needed. I would definitely recommend this company.

I needed two antique pieces of furniture moved from my father's house to my daughter's property, some fifty miles away. Shoreline were completely efficient and moved the pieces without mishap. Customer service could not be criticized in any way and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing removals from the North Wales area.

I couldn't speak more highly of this company. Chas visited our old property, took an inventory of what needed to be moved, quoted a very competitive price, which we were pleased to accept. The day before the move, a team of 3 arrived on time and proceeded to pack their 2 vans with our furniture, Paul, Paul and Charlie, did a fantastic job, I doubt very much that they could get another feather in there. The Van's were taken to a secure location to stay overnight. Moving day, 09:15 sharp, Paul, Mal and Al arrived, with a 3rd van, to complete the packing and transport our furniture to our new property. All without a hitch. On arrival at the new property the boys unloaded all 3 vehicles and transported all items to their requested destinations, even going the extra mile by plumbing in the washing machine and building a divan and a storage bed. They helped the move go very smoothly. They arrived at the agreed starting time and worked non stop until everything was loaded on the vans. They were a good bunch of lads too - professional, but the type of people you can have a laugh with, which is what you need when moving house - which can be a stressful experience. They were very helpful at the other end too and made the effort to check that things were going in the right rooms. I would definitely recommend shoreline removals.

What started off well turned into a disaster. We were moving from Anglesey to Murcia in Spain. During the move a number of boxes were damaged (even though they were marked fragile) which resulted in broken pieces of crockery and plates. Items of furniture (dinning table and bedside cabinets) were also damaged. At least two large boxes failed to arrive at all. My stepladder morphed from a large 4 rung into a small 2 rung.Shoreline used another company called Murcia Movers and the two men who delivered our consignment took well over 6 hours to unload the delivery. My wife was on here own during the delivery and most if not all the boxes were delivered into one of our spare bedrooms (the room was filled completely to the point you could not physically get in). She did not count the number of boxes and in the end was unable to do so due to the room being so full. Unfortunately she signed the paperwork accepting the delivery as complete, it was only afterwards we realised boxes were missing.I found Chas’s communication was excellent at the start but when the problems arose at the end his communication deteriorated to the point I felt I was doing all the chasing. It took nearly four month to finally bring the sorry episode to a conclusion with what I regarded as a poor gesture of goodwill bearing in mind we paid around £4500. What have we learnt from this experience well contents insurance isn’t worth diddly squat.
