Extremely happy with my house sale experience with Francis Louis. I am so glad I chose to sell through them.They were responsive and professional throughout the whole process. They found appropriate potential purchasers very quickly which meant I could continue with my onward purchase and made the process seem easy.I have already recommended them to my friends and will use them again when I come to sell.Thank you again to the whole team and especially Adam, Ethan and James.

So, I had tried to sell through another agent before moving to Francis Louis, but they did not hold that against me!! I had initially fallen in to the trap of being told what I wanted to hear by the other agent (the price we could achieve and that we would sell quickly!) but of course that was just to get our business on the books!From the outset Francis Louis were different! They were kind and responsive, not pushy and they listened, asked questions and discussed options and rationale. I really liked that, and felt that I was a person to them! I felt they were completely honest and realistic about the market we were in and their valuation was spot on because it generated viewings and they negotiated a good proceedable offer that we accepted.They took time and trouble to listen and guide us through the selling process and totally managed our expectations. They were very steady and true to their word. They did not magic our buyer out of thin air - or overnight, but they generated interest and provided an excellent service to potential buyers, they were flexible around viewings over the Christmas holidays and paid attention to detail, making sure that they knew the workings of the property.Later, they were great at keeping on top of the solicitors to make sure that everyone along the chain were on the same page, right up to completion.I'm really happy with the outcome and would not hesitate in recommending Francis Louis.

Francis Louis were first class in finding me a buyer and getting the sale through very quickly. I would highly recommend them. Sam and Adam did an excellent job.

This is not a review of all staff, those showing properties and answering calls are generally very polite, professional and pleasant. However I was disappointed with the way in which the manager, Adam dealt with an offer I made on a property. I left the transaction feeling like Francis & Louis had a complete lack of respect. They rudely preempted the outcome of a very fair offer. An agent for sellers, not buyers!

This place gets 1 star unfortunately.My reasonings are the fact that administratively I believe the company is asleep.We had been booked for a viewing, however when we got to the property no one was there. When I called the office I’d been told “sorry that property is gone, you should’ve received an email and a message”, which I did not receive.I wasted my time and fuel because someone couldn’t leave a simple message.From a customer service perspective, they could’ve at-least given me a call to let me know of the situation before my departure.The woman did apologise on the phone, however having travelled 40 miles, sorry is not enough.

James at Francis Louis took care of our house sale in Exeter. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had a really high number of viewings on the place over 2-3 weeks, and ended up getting a price we were happy with from a very reliable buyer. We were kept in the loop through the whole process, and James kept us up to date on every development, big or small. Fantastic service from a great agent and great company!

I have used Francis Louis to sale my house. To start with the viewings were minimal, but I believe this was down to the market conditions just after Christmas and general uncertainty amongst people with things like the stamp duty holiday and so on. It was not really Francis Louis’s fault. However, within a few weeks the viewings picked up and the whole team worked very hard to find us a buyer. I have to give special recognition to James Edwards the Assistant Manager. James was very helpful throughout the entire process. James was very open and transparent with regular communication. This was very refreshing to see in estate agents. He never tried to pull the wool over our eyes and was happy to assist us in handling some of the more challenging aspects of the sale. I would rather deal with honest estate agents like these guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nothing is ever too much to ask for.
