Baba Glow Windows Ltd

We recently replaced our windows and I cannot recommend Baba Glow enough. They have shown excellent service and the quality of their work is fenomenal. We used have a lot of damp in our house before because our windows used to be very old, but ever since we have changed our windows, we have no damp in our house. They are amazing!

We ordered a few external doors from here. Supply only not fitting. They took a few months to arrive but due to covid we accepted this.Two of the three doors arrived as one was incorrectly ordered. The ones we got also had issues as the cut for letterbox was horrendous ( i could have done better myself). We reduced payment fot this.Once the doors were fitted it was a struggle to open them so we had to remove the brush strips. Baba glow blamed our builder for not fitting properley but i was sure he tried his best.I asked another fitted for a more reptuable company based in smethwick to look at the door if it could be put in place with all the insulated strips. No luck thereas the door had been fitted with thd cheapest hinges which did not adjust for this change. I was told that the doors were probably ordered online ( ebay ect)We ended up keeping the doors as it was too much hasle to change.We were pretty dissapointed with the service received.I wouldnt really recomend this company. Probably better to pay a bit more and get a good product/job

We had our windows done. Excellent service, good workman. Very happy with there workman ship. Brilliant

The worst company I have ever used!Do not use this company!The workmanship is horrendously appalling and bad! They rush the work, they use people who don’t speak english and don’t really care about standard of finish.They just want to finish and get paid!Doesn’t matter how poor the workmanship!They agree deposit and payment at the end then they hassle you all through the job saying “I need more money “.The worst is they do not care about your home or what state they leave it in. I have reported this company and the fitter to trading standard and Certass due to the appalling conditions they have left my home in.They cut corners, they use cheap materials, honestly they do not know what they doing.They build a porch for me which was too big for the canopy and then they wrecked the canopy!They use second hand wood in the porch and skirting and damaged the window installing.They didn’t seal properly around windows and left gaps everywhere.I asked to put vents they put vents for decoration without drilling the holes.I am having to correct a lot of the mistakes and will have to bring and pay a company to rectify.Please use reputable companies on reputable website. Avoid this one like the plague.

Top service. Really please with my windows and porch. Friendly and professional and great communication. Nice to know there are still genuine and honest tradesman out there, would definitely recommend.

My uncle had a lean to built in his back yard in 10mm sheets. Thet cut the sheers too short and not sealed,and the warer is getting into the sheets. My uncle phoned him so many times and enen approached him he does not want to know,he took cash for the whole job....these people are cowboys even they are Indians,thet tarnishing Babas name people are crooks beware..

Used baba glow a few weeks ago had windows fitted. A few problems they did not finish all the work and left with out sealing some of the windows. Back door was not installed right. After making a few calls to the company they never replied or came back to fix the problem. We used another company to finish the work.

Had windows replaced from Baba Glow, happy with the finishing touches and windows that was replaced, highly recommended company. Thanks Baba Glow Windows.

I used baba glow twice, I was very happy with baba glow service both times. I had to call them back out to have look at our composite door as we was having some issues when opening the door from the out side, he came out and repaired it for us. Will recommend baba glow to anyone. Good job.
