I met Maddie two weeks ago telling her I needed a new car and fast due to changing jobs and no longer having a company car. I cannot count on one hand the number of times we have spoken since then but each time Maddie was nothing but patient and professional, always having my best interests at heart. She sourced exactly what I needed and moved mountains for me to get it on time. I am so grateful for all the effort she has gone to, even down to changing other peoples schedules so that the ceramic coating was cured on time. The whole process was smooth and the experience on a whole was nothing short of perfection. Thank you so much Maddie!

Delivered a car to me with both front alloys damaged on receipt. Communication to resolve issue was terrible - sales person wouldn’t return calls and ignored some of my emails. I escalated to a manager who after initially not returning calls twice, eventually had a proper refurb of the wheels authorised, but never told me the authorisation had been made.Once car was with my local dealer, they showed me that both front tyres were totally bald around the edges. Quizzing yet another manager about this, they said they were “legally able to sell a car in this condition” because inner tread measurements were ok. Not what I’d consider a very responsible policy particularly for a “luxury” brand.They eventually authorised replacement of two tyres and re-facing of the alloys. Seemed to suggest this was doing me a favour. Wouldn’t authorise a full wheel realignment other than the basics of what is included with replacing tyres.Overall, it’s a typical car dealer. Don’t communicate when problems arise, forcing customer to chase and chase leading to stress and inconvenience. I’m left annoyed and dissatisfied.
