I contacted Steve when I had terrible neck and shoulder problems to the point where it was almost unbearable and I had reduced mobility.He booked me in quickly and was thorough and professional. He listen to me and treated me at my appointment whilst also emailing me information on exercises to do at home. He also referred me to another professional who could also assist in my recovery.After a few appointments I was back to my old self!I highly recommend Steve to anyone!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

A brilliant therapist! Steve is professional and approachable, he treats me with care and understanding. He's clearly a specialist who really knows his stuff and will use his skills and knowledge to help you feel better (mindset and body). Very quick to respond by email and phone, and he was able to get me in for a treatment quickly. Steve went above and beyond to help me recover from muscle strain quickly.

Visited Steve as I have been training for a long distance trail run and have pulled my right calf and irritated my accilies. His knowledge and workamanship has given me the ability to continue training as I was expecting the calf injury to be a end for quite a while to the training but with plenty of stretching and mobility exercises it's been a game changer.Will continue to use Steve for just generally maintenance as it really makes a noteable difference to day to day mobility and flexibility

Steve is very competent and clearly knows his stuff! He helped me identify and recover an injury with my ankle and get back to running.He provides a relaxed and comfortable environment with easy conversation and is a great bloke too!He also helped out my son and his wife with their own injuries.Would 100% recommend him to anyone!
