We had Xander and Christine do our wedding photography and I can't say enough how thrilled we are with them! They are two genuinely lovely people, they really listen to what you want and make it work. Having them there through the day felt so natural, just like having another couple of friends in the room. The photo shoots felt so natural and comfortable, we could really relax and that means so much because I normally feel so awkward in front of the camera! And the pictures themselves are insanely good!! We were hesitant to book initially due to budget restraints (obviously two photographers are more expensive than one) but they are 100% worth every penny and are in fact great value for money.

Xander and Christine are simply the best. When we contacted them, they came to our home and got to know us. From the outset it was more like a friendship than actually meeting to discuss wedding photography. They could not have been more accommodating and we just felt like they were guests on our wedding day. They were completely chilled and unobtrusive yet managed to get some of the most intimate and fun shots we could’ve imagined. From walking through cornfields, hiking up sand dunes they covered it all in such a relaxed and fun way. We just couldn’t recommend their professional work, easy going attitude and stunning results enough!

Christine of Navyblur has taken some of the most precious photographs of our family with our newborn sons that we will treasure forever! Christine is so friendly, chatty and laid back. She immediately puts you at ease, dispelling any pre shoot nerves or awkwardness you may be feeling. She is fantastic with children and had my shy little boy giggling away within minutes. Couldn’t recommend Navyblur more.

Navyblur are just incredible! Most recently I have had a pregnancy shoot and newborn shoot done with them. Christine made it so easy particularly when both shoots also involved my 2 year old daughter. She managed to get Ivy to smile and interact with the camera just right! She put me at ease as posing wouldn’t be my forte and it didn’t feel at all awkward. I wasn’t sure with a baby crying and toddler running around just how the photos would turn out but oh my, I did not need to worry- they are incredible! They capture my little family so perfectly and now I have the most precious moments captured forever. They make me smile so much. They turned out just beautiful! I would highly recommend Navyblur. They have been a massive blessing to my family with their talent!

For us, one of the most difficult and time consuming decisions to make for our wedding was choosing our photographers! For months we searched but to no avail. Finally one day, we happened upon Xander and Christine, the absolute dream team also known as NavyBlur.We knew we wanted candid shots as there are a few camera shy people in our family and the portfolio on NavyBlur's website just spoke to us.From the moment of our first video call, we clicked with them instantly. We weren't really sure what to expect on the day of the wedding, as we had heard from couples who had booked different photographers that the wedding photographs can be tedious. Thankfully for us, from the moment Christine and Xander arrived, worries we might have had were completely laid to rest.The guys just completely blended in with our families, as if we had known each other for years and they captured our day absolutely beautifully! They were even down to take a selfie with Ciara's Dad!Any 'formal' photos that were taken never felt too posed as one of the guys was always making us laugh, which resulted in some stunning moments of genuine laughter and happiness - not a false or uncomfortable smile to be seen!Our Wedding Album and photos were everything we hoped of and more!We have and will continue to recommend Christine and Xander to any friend or family member in the future who are getting married - the best in the business by far!

We'd met Xander and Christine at a few weddings before we got engaged and as soon as it came to choosing our photographers we knew it had to be them. They take the most beautiful and natural photos and we knew they'd make us feel totally at ease (which they did, despite my natural awkwardness in front of the camera!). It was such a genuine pleasure having them there on the day of the wedding and so many people commented on how lovely they were. Couldn't love our photos more!

These guys are AMAZING!!! They really are incredible, friendly and super laid back. Xander and Christine are true professionals and the loveliest couple - we couldn't imagine having any other wedding photographers. We met them some time before our wedding (pre shoot) and we discussed what sort of photos we liked, what we didn't like and Navyblur (Xander and Christine) were quick to understand - they want to know what you're like as a couple and what you both really want from your photos. They don't just assume what you want, but instead they ensure that your wedding photos are everything that you expect them to be so they can get the right shots. If you're not naturals in front of the camera, don't worry... Xander and Christine made us feel so comfortable and easy around them. It's also so handy having 2 of them too! Xander came to the Groom's house on the day to start shooting, and Christine at the Bride's. From there, they were able to capture all of our special moments. The photos came back fairly quickly after the wedding and the quality of them were exceptional - they really exceeded all of our expectations. We fully recommend them!

I'm at a loss for words on where to even begin expressing our immense joy and gratitude for the remarkable photos that Christine & Xander have captured. Each photograph perfectly encapsulates all the emotions of the day, preserving candid moments in all their authenticity. The feedback from our guests has been massive— praising not only their incredible photography skills but also their exceptional presence throughout the event, a testament to their role as photographers.Initially, our intention was for them to document the day's natural progression. As the bride - In a moments notice I changed my mind and convinced my husband I wanted the artistic photographs. The deal was that if we could do it in ten minutes then game on. Christine and Xander ran to their car made space for us in the back and drove three minutes away to Cushendun Caves where we got some of the most breathtaking photographs - It was more than what we could have asked for - and also the fact that we were able to get so many images all in the span of the ten minute time limit we had before being back to the party. This was a true testament of not only going above and beyond, but going with the flow and taking on the challenge of what a wedding day can bring.Reflecting on the experience, I find myself wishing that they could have documented the entire weekend. The value of these photographs is beyond measure, destined to be cherished for generations to come. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you guys so much!!

NavyBlur are hands-down the best photographers you will find. They did our engagement shoot, wedding, our son’s first birthday and now an autumn mini session. They take the time to get to know you, even during current covid19 restrictions, and quickly work out how to get the best from kids and adults alike! The quality of their work speaks for itself and we particularly love their fun and colourful style which suits family photos so well. You won’t regret booking a session with them!
