We called and he said he would come the next day he did not arrive. Apologised by phone call and said he would come the following day. No arrival no contact since.

Joe was a lovely young man fixed our leaking toilet and stopped the water coming through the kitchen ceiling. I would highly recommend him he was polite and friendly.
