STAY AWAY FROM THIER PRODUCTS. MY DOG SPENT 6 HOURS AT THE EMERGENCY VETS AND WAS ILL FOR 10 DAYS AFTER EATING ONE OF THIER TREATS BUT THE WORST THING WAS THAT WHEN I TRIED TO SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT IT THEY MADE OUT THAT MY DOG WAS ALREADY ILL.

No dispatch of item after 5 days no reply from customer service or phone

Ordered a pet toy & was told 4-5 day delivery. Could have got next day delivery from Amazon for same money, but tried to support an independent business. 2 weeks later, no delivery & no contact from Petwell. I chased them & got a reply that they would instruct the warehouse to cancel the order & then a refund would be given. No explanation or apology. Had I not chased, I assume they would have kept the money & said nothing.

Absolute rubbish service. Hard to contact, had to keep sending emails, got reply to one with a tracking number that didn't exist. Item eventually arrived on the day it was needed for cat flap fitting. Would never use this company again.

Ordered cat litter on 15th April. I emailed on 22nd as still not received it. I have had no response from customer services and there is no answer on the number. When I tried to track my order through DPD it states they have received my order but not the items from the company. The company that DPD reference isn't Petwell but Vital Pets. Completely different company!! I've emailed Petwell again today (24th) demanding a refund but I hold no hope. Do not use this company!! Or use it at your own risk!! I will be going to trading standards now.

Horrible company do not buy from them,1) they don't dispatch items, we had a subscription they didn't dispatch and wanted to make sure it was here before holiday. It was just ignored and dispatched when we was away. Instead of saying the item wasn't I. Stock so we could make further arrangements they just lead us on. Dishonest company2) they don't answer customer support emails, they just copy paste answers3) they delivered the food when we was on holiday and either the food is stale , the courier or themselves stored it incorrectly because my dog wouldn't eat it and it's not cheap food so we had to buy more from Amazon which he eats as he loves his food. Customer support claim my dog obviously doesn't like this food?!?!! Haven't received a refundBasically don't use this company
