Hamilton Ambulance Station

Phoned an ambulance for my mum, they said it was not considered an emergency so no one would come out. After speaking to the doctors again they agreed to send an ambulance without the blue lights on. Almost 10 hours later an ambulance arrived, took my mum to hospital and found out she had a stroke. I understand that there is a lot of stress on this service but this is ridiculous.

I had an ambulance call for me on Sunday 1st October,absolutely fantastic lady and gentleman came and I honestly couldn't be more grateful for these 2 amazing people ,the lady is an angel with the kindest calmest demeanour I've seen,thankyou for making me feel safe and listened to ,you don't know how much what you did means to me ,thankyou .
