Brilliant response time by collum after I locked myself out today Lovely guy, who was professional, friendly and got me back in my home in next to no time. Cost was less than expected, given he came out on a Sunday. Huge thanks to a company delivering a quality service with capable people. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks so much.

Colum gave great customer service. Our Autistic son was locked in his bedroom as the door handle became stuck..We rang Colum and as it was a Saturday lunchtime he was due at a family occasion but he rushed over to us and sorted out the door returning on the Monday to refit.Would certainly use Colum's services again..

We called on Sunday about a jammed UPVC Door, Collum was here in Meanwood at 8.45 on Monday to have a look and back again at lunchtime to complete the job - including running out to get a different part when he found a new issue (that the previous owner of our house had shoved in the wrong part at some point). Really friendly and professional service and well recomended.

Great service - we had a complicated and difficult job involving several locks and an old door which other locksmiths couldn't be bothered to quote for. Colum was more than happy to help, keeping me informed and well advised as to when he could attend / how best to deal with each different lock. Very professional.
