The Ashley Paul team always represented a safe pair of hands pre-pandemic, and they've really upped their game to handle the current crisis.The visible and comprehensive safety measures for staff and customers (not to mention the extended opening hours) are really appreciated, and, if anything, the quality of hair-styling has only improved in the absence of small perks such as a free latte and biscuits!The booking and communication process is as friendly as ever, and the team even provides a text message with all the info you need to approach your appointment with confidence.Ash and the team are to be commended on the lengths they are going to in implementing everything that could be asked for a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for their customers to return to.Highly recommended.

The Men's Groom is spacious, and relaxing atmosphere. My hairdresser Ben took his time and paid attention to detail, he didn't rush it like most Hairdresser do! He is very friendly and very focus as he wants to give you the best possible service. Great service, offering a drink whilst waiting and during service. The haircut itself doesn't feel rushed or an inconvenience with the hairdressers willing and happy to help cater styles to personal preferences for no extra cost

Amazing service from Jay yesterday who done a great job at cutting and styling my Son's hair. He spent time listening to what we wanted and spent the time to talk to my Son about his interests putting him at ease. We're both so thankful to him and will be back for sure.

Didn't like my haircut from here. So much so that I had to get it sorted out elsewhere. The other reviews and website imply that this is a premium barbers/hairdressers specialising in men's hair but the reality felt more like an extension of a woman's salon with a different website. The girl who cut my hair also did women's and didn't seem to have much knowledge about men's styles. The cut took 10-15 mins and I wasn't offered a drink. Fine for some but worth mentioning in the review as this is not the experience that they present on their website.

Just moved to Gloucester and was looking for a good cut. Got my hair cut by Brad and it was excellent. Paid great attention to detail and what I wanted and I am perfectly happy with it. 100% positive. Also, all friendly staff including Brad. I'll book again for sure.

Rob and Wade are AMAZING. Rob took the time to find out exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. He was friendly and chatty. Took his time making sure all the lines and angles were perfect. Wade who done my eyebrows got them just right. Such a friendly guy. Can’t wait for my next appointment on Christmas Eve. These guys are a credit to the company.

I recently moved back to the Gloucester area and was looking for a new regular barbers. Men's groom exceeded all expectations. Great value for money, excellent product range and an overall excellent service. My go-to barber is Ben - he's friendly, attentive and has a good understanding of different styles to suit the individual. I'd highly recommend Ben and Men's Groom to all of my friends.

Dan gave me the best haircut I've ever had, the attention to detail was superb. Felt so comfortable and have now found my regular hairdresser and 100% recommend.
