Very nice employees (sometimes) but very limited resistance machines with mostly cardio based but a big complaint is that this night me and my friend who i was training with fyi we was doing controlled training not egolifting (we are 14) got kicked out for looking underaged and told we are not allowed to use the machines where it says on the website we are allowed to use and we were told we can use in our introduction when we paid we shown the person shouting at us and he was bone ideal and ignored it why should we pay every month for stuff we were promised just to be revoked i recommend the staff change this

My kids have their weekly swimming lessons there and they absolutely love it and the swimming instructors are amazing and can't fault them at all! I highly recommend them

This has a well equipped gym with a selection of classes as well as the pool. The staff are helpful. I only have two whinges. Number 1 Membership is pretty expensive even if you are sent via referral £30+ and 2 not enough aquasize classes. There are lots of people with joint problems and they definitely need a fairer system than wait by the phone and pounce for a space

A great place to exercise and met new like minded people. The staff are marvelous and always there to help you. It's a lovely friendly place and you can buy a drink with your new friends when you've finished.

Clean in the pool and locker rooms. Not over crowded during lap swimming or family swim. The chlorine level wasn't too bad either. Normally my eyes sting for ages afterwards but I was able to swim for an hour without goggles with only mild mistiness. Reasonably priced.

Really good for when you are not physical up to doing a lot of exercise, chair exercise is great and 2 further lesson as you improve
