Left phone message once for quote. Another time filled in their contact form to request a quote for boiler servicing. They didn't have the courtesy to respond on either occasion.

Very helpful when I met him and good ideas for upgrading the Village Hall heating. Unfortunately thats where it ended. After eight weeks and four phone calls I still didn't have a quote and I needed it for a meeting. I assumed he couldn't be bothered to quote. Wouldn't ask him again, its a shame because he seemed interested.

Terrible communications and poor work. Called another plumber and they fixed the issues pretty simple. Musson hadn’t even done a basic service.

Booked a boiler service, had a day off work to wait in. Didn’t turn up, and didn’t answer the phone.Found another gas engineer (NG Central Heating) that managed to fit me in on the day… and he turned out cheaper!

We chose Mussons to install our new boiler because of how much a of nice chap Andy is and his excellent and friendly communication. Our task was a tricky one (it's not your typical house) but Andy was patient with us and did an outstanding job. The copper pipework was art! A true craftsman.
