F8rst of all parking is nigh on impossible but some if its to blame on road works for now. Located on the first floor, the disability lift was out of order or deliberately left locked. 13 stairs up was exhausting. The person I spoke to before hadn't turned up and it was 10.30 by this time. Swearing an oath costs a £5 and I had confirmation the day before. On I ended up paying £10 and it took them 10 minutes to stamp it. Seemed like they were watching footie and couldn't be bothered with a client.
