I ordered a Christmas Tree Topper from Lighting Direct which was delivered very promptly, the next day.The battery pack was missing the part to hold the 2 AA batteries in place, so I filled in the return information and the item was collected the next day by DHL.The returns process was simple and Lighting Direct have issued a refund.As I liked the Tree Topper so much I ordered another one which arrived, like the first one, the next day.This Christmas Tree Topper had all of its parts and looks fabulous on top of the Christmas Tree.

The reason for ordering from this company was the promise of next day delivery. Only after paying for my light did it say next day delivery is not available on this item. It took 4 days to arrive which is ok but don’t state it’s next day delivery when it is not . But still this item is being advertised on this site as next day delivery which is clearly a lie. The lamp I received was fine and well packed

Fantastic company. Fast delivery. Customer service is brilliant, I contacted them as one of the light shades was damaged on delivery and customer services arranged a replacement to be posted out to us first class. Would highly recommend this company and will order again from them in the future.

Pure incompetence.Spent over £200 on some lights to get NDD as promised.1 week later, no sign of the lights nor any shipping emails sent from them.I email customer service and don't get a response. Follow up the next day via phone and was informed the order is due to be shipped 8 weeks later... Lol are you serious?Customer service rep had no answer as to why I wasn't informed or why it's scheduled to take that long... Don't know what you want me to do about it" was the response.I decided to cancel my order and have lost over a week of time and the cost of bringing in an electrician. What a bunch of jokers these guys are."

I bought this because the display on my new breadmaker is so tiny - now I can see it fine. I shall tidy up the cables with a piece of truncking later. It is very bright and was easy to connect and came within 24 hours.

Product great. Reasonably easy to fit. Lighting Direct communication very good, but delivery company lets them down. Only told of my 2 hour delivery window 1 hour before when I was already out. On return found my parcel leaning against the front door in full view of any passer-by. Hardly in a safe place in front porch (non existent) that the courier recorded.
