I would give no stars if I could. And to read the disrespect of the replies of other people’s reviews is a joke. DO NOT GO! Absolutely disgusting would 100% not go back, ordered salt and chill chicken what we received was batter with 0 seasoning, with salt and chilli chips I’ve had spicier pieces of toast Absolutly vile. Rice tastes like it’s been cooking since 1876. I then rang the restraint and explained and asked for a replacement I got hit with Absolutly terrible customer service telling me I’m a liar when I was willing to send proof. He had 0 manners and wasn’t a nice person at all and should not have a job dealing with customers and especially cooking food. Id rather eat out my bin than eat from here.Only benefit you won’t get food poisoning as there’s no meat in the chicken batter to get it from .Will not be returning my meal is now in the bin as even the dog bowl wasn’t good enough.

Have always ordered from this Chinese and never had an issue but the last few occasions have been terrible! Ordered food at 7.20pm. At 8.50pm we called to find out where our food was. We were told it would be 5-10 minutes. At 9pm we get a call from the restaurant saying our food had been delivered to the wrong address! We were offered our food to be made again or our money back. As we were starving, we asked for the food. We asked about money off our order but they refused! Over 2 and a half hours to get our meal. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered via Zoom but the takeaway run their own driver service. It was late but I was willing to accept this. However the food was awful. The duck for the crispy duck was undercooked and raw and the sauce to go with it was watery. When I went to put it onto a pancake, it just ran off as brown water. The rest of the food ordered was cold. Peking Aroma refused to refund me based on the fact no one else has ever complained about their duck before. Awful food and disgraceful customer service.

I'm a first time customer of this Chinese takeaway, because my usual shop is closed on a bank hol weekend Sunday night. I ordered from here after checking out a couple of other shops whose prices were astronomical - £35 for my one meal with a couple of sides and delivery. I ordered from Peking Aroma because the price was reasonable, then I checked the reviews - big mistake!! So I wasn't expecting much to be honest. Well!! I can report my meal arrived a few minutes past the estimated delivery time so a big tick there. It was hot and it was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and bonus - the portion was so large I have enough left overs to have it again tomorrow. Based on my experience of other Chinese takeaways I've tried round town I have to say this has been one of the best. I'll definitely be back. Oh and the delivery fee was very reasonable too.

My daughter ordered me a chicken curry egg fried rice and chicken ballsThe curry itself was nice but the chicken was very dry and hardPoor standard haven’t decided if I will eat from there again

Apparently a boiled duck breast sat on top of pineapple with an awful looking murky jelly on top is “Crispy Duck with Plum Sauce”. Restaurant was very unhelpful when I called to ask for actual crispy duck or a refund explaining “you should bring it back and then we will refund you or order from another Chinese” … I wouldn’t of ordered a takeaway if I fancied driving half way across town and back! This absolutely is NOT crispy duck. We also ordered a sweet and sour veg which tasted very chemically, not a pleasant experience at all.

Absolutely terrible Chinese . The worse crispy duck I have eaten . It was full of fat, gunky and a runny bitter plum sauce . I couldn’t eat the food .

I do not recommend this takeaway.1- takeaway container not closed properly(caused leaking)2- ordered a beef chop suey and got chicken instead… it was still very bland, watery, and lacked flavor.3- egg rice was poor; bland and tasteless.4- the store is in poor condition and needs refurbishment/renovation.The only good things are that the food was made very quickly, the bamboo shoots & water chestnuts were really good, and the staff is friendly.
