I used Abacus to supply and fit an aluminium bifold patio door with integrated venetian blinds, and remove and take away my old patio doors. The doors are incredibly well crafted, fully compliant with the current thermal insulation regulations and look stunning. The integrated blinds work perfectly and have a satisfying premium feel to their operation. The team that installed them were very friendly, efficient and made sure everything was left neat and tidy upon completion of the works. the finishing and trim around the doors is fantastically neat both inside and out. i would recommend Abacus Windows to anyone who needs quality windows or doors at a very reasonable price.

Today we had our Patio door changed to a French door. We are very pleased with the service of both Gareth and the lovely fitter who came to our home. We are very happy to recommend Abacus products and their installation workmanship. Thank you.

February 2016 had 11 window replaced and two doors have to say from start to finished great job the company very helpfully the fitter Luke never stopped working and they really clean up and help me put blinds back so happy and the house is so much warmer thank you great job .

Had all windows and front door replaced with Abacus. Good price compared to competitors. No hard selling. The window installer did a fantastic job.

Had 2 large windows and french doors fitted in 2015 by a company that has ceased trading now.One of the window locking mechanisms stopped working correctly, and I noticed that on the edge of one of the windows was a label saying manufactured by Abacus Windows. Called them yesterday and was advised to pop down with the broken lock and they would see what they can find.Saw Gareth this morning who supplied a new locking mechanism of exactly the same type and showed me how best to re-fit with the extension arms. Was cheaper than on the net and an excellent service. I now have a contact so if I need them I can just call.

As a regular buyer of building products I know the pitfalls of a bad service that's why I have used these guys for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them quality and service is allways 5star

OMG, has got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with...Spent nearly £20,000 on windows with this company on new windows. The window company I used fitted Abacus windows as I believe they mainly supply. Not long afterwards the fittings started to deteriorate and eventually a couple had come to the point where they wouldn't even open. After months of pestering Abacus, as they are the guarantors, they eventually came out to even look at the problem. Eventually got the problem solved after nearly a year of not being able to open the windows ... not acceptable. The window repair man that came out just said confidentially" they are so big now they don't even care there are loads of cases like yours out there

Changed all the windows on a 3 bed house, front door and patio door plus building a bow bay window for the lounge. Dave the window fitter was great (even helped out by putting my fence back up during the storms!) and Gareth was great too, no hard sell, a relaxed process, price was very competitive and 6 months on we haven't had any issues.

Today we had all of our windows replaced, by Abacus Windows Ltd. Acoustic glass and trickle vents. I cannot recommend them highly enough, from the first point of contact with Gareth, to the exceptional installation by David and James, their fitters. They are without doubt, the most thorough and efficient team. Thank you Abacus, for a great job, very well done, and at a great price too.

I couldn't have wished for a better company to install my windows, from the survey, price to the installation. The fitter even put back up my blinds and tighten a curtain pole for me as he knew that I couldn't manage it. Thank you Abacus they look lovely
