From start to finish Graham was an incredible point of contact with Adecco. He did everything and more to ensure i had all the relevant information about a very exciting role and ensured i knew as soon as possible what i was being offered. Communicated amazingly throughout the process and always had my interests in mind.

Great experience with Adecco Exeter from start to finish. I have used a few recruitment agencies before and this is by far the best. The whole team were so warming and professional, Graham especially! He really went above and beyond to find me my perfect job. He took time to understand exactly what I was looking for and in under two weeks I accepted the role. Great communication in that time with follow up calls with each potential opportunity sent to me. Re-locating can be quite overwhelming to say the least, especially when it comes to finding work so I am so grateful for all the efforts made for finding me the right role in that time short frame. So after 33 years of formal employment, I found myself in 2020 looking for agency based work to better suit my work life balance, the experience I have had through the Exeter Office of Adecco has been phenomenal. Not just in finding me an instant placement that suited the hours I wished to work, but also in the amazing ongoing support throughout the last year. The personal touch of the permanent staff there is so welcome, and their ability to overcome host employer HR issues is legendary. I caught Covid in October and the staff from the Exeter Office kept my spirits up and made me feel human, while also ensuring my access to sickness benefits. Having fully returned to work post Covid, I feel compelled to post this review to thank the hardworking staff. I just love working for this agency.

This Adecco Branch has really impressed me with their open, friendly and honest attitude towards everything they do. No matter the issue whether it came down to claiming annual leave or negotiating contract changes, everything has been fast and surprisingly simple (no unnecessary bureaucracy).For anyone that is looking for agency work in the Exeter area I would suggest giving this branch a call as they are honestly a nice bunch of helpful people who have proven to excel at what they do.

When I first met Graham he said to me “I will find you a great job” and that he did. From the day we met at the Exeter Adecco office, to the day I was offered a full time permanent position, for a fantastic company it was in total 4 working days! That has got to be a record breaker. Absolutely amazing.What can be a stressful time finding a new job was made so relaxed and easy thanks to Grahams efforts. I was constantly kept updated with roles that he thought I would like, and companies he thought would like me. He carefully picked positions with me in mind, not just any old job anywhere.I have now been at my new job for one week and I’m absolutely loving it!
