Not helpful at all . Didn't have what I wanted but didn't suggest or show me anything else they can do in balloons .Visited this store on 3 separate occasions and had three different staff all rude No customer service skills at all !!

Ordered 50 Balloon for my wedding, one for each of the guests to walk to the reception with as i thought it would look lovely in the photos. I was only sent 25 balloons. When i called after my holiday, i was told i should of called on my wedding day

Customer service was excellent - needed a set of helium balloons in 3 different colours with wording on one - replicating from an order last year. After sending photos of the ones they had made for us - the staff assured me they would be able to do the same.. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful!
