Absolutely love my eyebrows - Lava is amazing!

I have been asking for my refund for an appointment I couldn’t attend for nearly a month. I have a weeks notice to cancel. I’ve phoned numerous times, emails numerous times. Don’t go here.

Had a lovely experience here! Michelle made me feel relaxed and calm about micro needling, really enjoyed the treatment! Would 100% go back for other treatments, thank you very much Michelle!

Lava took a lot of care with my pedicure, listening to me and what I wanted done. My feet feel silky soft! She was friendly and professional at all times.

Rescheduled my booking, then made a cancellation with more than 48hrs notice and they charged me for the full treatment price. Even though I was in conversation via email this was not highlighted. They decided to charge me and refer to terms hidden in their T&C policy.

Booked in the end of January for body sculpting cavitation and radio frequency ten weeks booked as end of January was my quite time at work when I started the treatment Michelle was my beautician there was no weight taken or photos and I was told she was the only one that was trained which meant I had to work around her schedule after six weeks she was off and another girl had to do my treatment and she asked me all these questions and said I should have been weighed and photos taken at start when I contacted the owners regarding my appointment they offered me full treatment again but as this was now my busy season I could not attend as I worked 12 hours day I felt after this cost a lot of money and I was let down by the beautician as she did not have the proper training and when I explained that appointment didn’t suit me now that was it out of pocket and very bad service definitely would not recommend doing this treatment there and would not recommend this beauty salon to anyone

This salon has been around the corner from me and only recently have I started going and I have booked a few appointments. The online booking form is very simple. The service and products are high quality. The price is extremely reasonable and they have great offers! Sajel is simply outstanding. She knows the products, knows what will work for clients and oozes professionalism and charm. I would recommend Sajel and this salon and I look forward to my next appointment.
