Triumph

I can not even begin to say how upset I am about the way my husband was spoken to today. Rude, aggressive bra fitter who treated my husband with disgust as if he was a peeping Tom stating 'men aren't allowed back here at all' before pushed the curtain back into his face. I was so upset and shocked that I refused to try on anything else, told the assistant she was rude and it wasn't acceptable to speak to my husband like that. We left the store immediately making no purchase with the assistant swearing blind she wasn't rude. She should be ashamed of herself. We were also the only customers in the shop. If my husband wants to see what he is paying for then he is entitled to see!I've given one star only so I could post the review but I would really like to give none to this visit as the service was disgraceful. I would like to say however that the young girl who helped me initially was extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely shop, warm welcome and so helpful. Highly recommended.

Called in after a wasted journey to M & S. All I was after was a standard, nude bra with no padding, how easy should that be? After a fruitless search in M & S I wandered into Triumph and they did indeed come up trumps, fitted with the perfect bra 5 mins later, walked out wearing it, thanks girls.
