Amazing staff very helpful and patience! They helped me choose a PS4 pro and showed me all of the minor details that the eye wouldn’t catch and on top of that they helped to sell some things. I’ll come from Nottingham for just this shop!

Very small shop, but easy process of trading games

Lovely little shop. Limited stock due to the size, obviously but the staff are really pleasant, knowledgeable and make the buying experience far more enjoyable than the big one around the corner that's just a mess and apparently a hassle to have customers in.

Nice branch, not sure why there's a bigger CEX located just further along in the same place but staff are polite and it has a selection of items

I like shopping at cex, some of their prices are quite competitive. My only complaint is their stickers, they are a nightmare to remove. It takes an age to remove them and try to clean goo off can cause damage to products I've purchased which is disappointing.

Very helpful staff but wouldnt take either of my old phones due to their condition. Would have been better if they asked about condition on the website before asking me to bring them in.

I loved the customer service! The staff is really nice and friendly.They not only attended to us with all the different queries we had, they gave in detailed information about what we wanted.. So yeah it was overall a good experience.

I took my PS4 here after completing the Drop and Go process online. After having it for 2 days they called me up to say the console would not boot. Strange since it was working perfectly when I handed it over to them. Anyway, after collecting and testing it myself, it booted first time and works fine. I'm not sure if they just decided they didn't want to buy it anymore or are incompetent?

Games are good price but the service isn't great they are quite rude and everything else other than the games are way to overpriced. I would recommend games, but I wouldn't for anything else.I especially would recommend avoiding trading in games or anything for that matter. Their returns are absolutely terrible. Sell on any other site, and you will get so much more money for your unwanted items.
