Robin Whiting has assisted us with our home computing on two occasions. I found him to be personable, extremely knowledgeable and able to navigate around numerous problems and find a solution in a very thorough and patient way. He was prepared to solve even the smallest problem calmly and effectively. He also found ways of making our email and other systems more efficient and easier to use by integrating our computer with our i-phones and i-pad. Nothing is too much trouble.I would thoroughly recommend Robin to any customer.

An extremely positive experience. Robin fitted around my busy schedule and was able to do an evening session remotely. He was clear about charges and provided helpful advice in addition to the work that he did to tidy up my laptop and make it more efficient. Money well spent! I would thoroughly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend MY IT GUY enough. We needed a complete over-haul of our IT system and Robin took control of the whole process from start to finish. It was seamless! He pointed us in the right direction with hardware and set us up with office 365 accounts that sync to our phones. Any small issues have been resolved remotely with speed. Since having MY IT GUY on-board it has lifted a weight off my mind knowing that any of the company’s IT problems will be solved. Also, Robin is a really nice guy too which helps.

Brilliant! We used Robin for an emergency solution for email issues we were having. Have now taken out a managed monthly plan with MY IT GUY so he can look after our IT issues remotely. Very happy with the service and monthly cost.

Fantastic service from Robin for both my husband and me. My new computer was set up in a few hours with masses of data/photos/music etc transferred from the old computer. All email addresses working fine and I'm tremendously grateful. Same for my husband. We are huge fans of Robin and have already recommended him to many of our friends.
