Chris, you are a diamond. One of the good ones. I have bought my car to you for many years for good reason but today you have out done all expectations. You really went what I feel is above and beyond to get me back on the road in time for my holidays. Great guy, great company

I can't rate V W Technics highly enough, and will be bringing my car here from now on. I had an occasional loud knocking under acceleration and turning on my Skoda Superb for over 15,000 miles, and having taken it to 2 different specialists, each unconvincingly suggesting to change various parts at considerable cost, was about to give up on the car. I found V W Technics, and as they were local to my work I figured I should give the car one last chance...I am very glad I did. I immediately liked Chris' style; talking about what parts could be interacting to cause the issue instead of what to replace. A couple of test drives, and a bit of time on the lift, and the issue was diagnosed as just a knocking exhaust; and an adjustment made to virtually eliminate the problem.I left with a small bill for Chris' time, knowledge of exactly which part was causing the issue in case of recurrence, and a very big smile on my face.

Uterly disscresful customer service. Booked in with Chris for a car drop off between 9.30-10am. I have arrived at 10.30am due to the fact that the car was almost impossible to drive and it made the journey much longer. However, on arrival and cold welcome Chris did not shake my hand which I find disgusting. He then said that I was due to be in at 8.30am and he will not see me at all. He did not ask or listen why I couldn't make it on time. I have told him we said over the phone between 9.30-10 and he said 'so what - you are still late'. With this rudeness, lack of basic politness and people skills I strongly recommend to see someone else. I went to a main dealer instead.

Excellent service from Chris today sorting out a problem with my Seat Leon. Above and beyond my expectations! I very much appreciated his friendly and efficient help. . Would highly recommend.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. I phoned to enquire about getting timing chain tensioner looked at which is a well-known failure point on 2.0 TSI engines. The man on the phone was not aware of this issue and told me he would have to take apart the entire engine to check. I said I'd be happy just to know the version of the tensioner which is visible through an inspection cover. He said I'm telling him how to do his job and hung up the phone.Wish I hadn't bothered.

Garage is reputable and honest.. Meaning you're requires you to book in advance but I would choose these guys hands down every time! Really lucky to have them locally.

Took our VW Polo for an MOT and check up. Very friendly and helpful. Prices much cheaper than VW main dealer.
