Waterfords - Camberley

Working with Waterfords has been a really easy and smooth process. I met Matt at my initial viewing and I was pleased to hear that they capped the viewing numbers to about 5 (don't quote me) for the flat I was interested in. This immediately put me at ease considering the current rental situation. Matt was really responsive and even responded to messages when he was off (sorry Matt!). I have worked with other agents before and haven't felt as cared for or looked after as I have with Waterfords. I am now in the property and am really pleased with their service.

A big thank you to Alex and Fiona for a smooth transition from the end of tenancy to the next tenants going in. It was timed very well to give us an opportunity to redecorate before the new tenants went in. All the advice and guidance on getting the property ready has been very helpful too. Waterfords must definitely be commended for their efficiency!

For almost 6 months I have been trying to find a suitable property for my daughter to rent. It is her first move away from home so it's significant and lots to think about. I have struggled so much with mainstream estate agents, they either don't answer the phone, don't respond to messages, when/if they do eventually call back the property has been taken, with little apology or sensitivity to the disappointment and upset caused. Then comes along Matt from Waterfords. Well, what a breath of fresh air it has been to deal with him and his team. Phone is ALWAYS answered, always a friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line and Matt has truly gone out of his way to help us find the right property for my daughter. I cannot thank you enough Matt, for your time, patience, fabulous communication skills, attention to detail and all round first class service. Amazing and has taken so much stress away for both myself and my daughter!

I called for some details and information on a property. I spoke with Matt and he was incredibly helpful. He gave me all the details I needed to know, he was very polite and I would recommend him anytime.

This guy needs a pay rise, outstanding customer service. Above and beyond if this guy was in starwars he would be yoda ! I can't say enough just an outstanding guy if I had 10 of him working for me I would be able to sack 50 staff

I just completed buying my 1st property in UK. It was very hard journey in this turbulant period. But I had fantastic service from Waterford from begining to an end. An special thank goes to Oliver and Sandra for great help. I worked with few Estate agents through this process, but I must say the professionalism friendliness showed by them far better than the others. I would recommend the team for anyone who is looking for property market around Camberley.
