This man, Dexter, is rude and unprofessional, he provided us with the most unpleasant experience ever, the test was done in a rush and it's quite obvious that he's got no clue, doesn't even make sense when he talks, horrible man and the glasses were badly done, came back to ask him to correct them and he didn't want to know I wasted my time and money. Con man, please avoid like the pest!!!

Rude optician, doesn't seem knowledgeable and cuts you off when you ask normal questions. Very expensive and inaccurate info about pricing. Glasses were also badly done and I can't use them but Dexter didn't want to know. TBH I ended up in this place because I was in a rush but will never come back!!

I was ripped off from dexter. He kept my NHS voucher and would not produce a receite. I asked him 4 time for a receite. He is a con man do not go their.
