Purchased a tool set via the stores services on Ebay. The T8 Torx enabled me to remove the PS5 fan as they are prone to clogging with dust (generic fault). This torx set allowed me to remove 4 separate screws with no problem. I was then able to fully access and service the fan and unclog it back to factory condition. This fixed the problematic issue of my PS5 sounding like a Concorde breaking the sound barrier. Cheap and easy fix. Postage from this company was extremely fast.10/10. Seller sent intentionally wrong g size because they didn't have on stock the size ordered (confirmed in message by seller) and refuses to send me pre payed envelope to send back the product. I should be the one loosing my money on postage. Ohh and this is second time! Do not trust

I received the A4 Hanging Suspension Files promptly. They proved to be an excellent product. They slide easily in the filing cabinet. The label tabs that were supplied with the files, are a great improvement on the heavy plastic tabs I have used previously. They fit much more easily onto the suspension files, and because of their flexibility remain fixed to the suspension file, but can be moved easily for changing the order of files. The older version that I had used previously were liable to be dislodged easily or became too firmly fixed to move.Together with the prompt delivery and excellent contact with the company show this to be an efficient company that deserves more than a passing consideration for office supplies.
