I have been using gtec for all my ducati servicing needs for getting on 10 years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. A personal service that is nearly impossible to find in this day and age and pricing that brings ducati ownership possible to everyone

They had my bike for over two months (it had been booked in for several weeks before and i dropped it at the agreed date). Constant lies about it being ready, not being ready. Parts are there, parts aren’t there. My Son waited in all day because Wayne said he was bringing it back at 10.30am, failed to show and then promised 14.30 the same day when I finally got hold of him. He wouldn't pick up the phone and failed to bring the bike again. I ended up getting the bike back weeks later (over two months total from dropping it off) with only a fraction of the work agreed completed and 3 deep scratches on the tank..My Bike was MINT. I've had zero response about the scratches or missing bolt from the exhaust so feel like I've been left with no choice but to leave this review.In fairness Wayne did deduct the labour charge and constantly apologise when I finally got my bike back but the lies and damage are unacceptable .

Thanks Wayne for fitting me in on a (horrible) Saturday! Clearly knows and loves his bikes, good value + I never got a complimentary choc chip muffin at Ducati Leeds :)
