Delicious ‘smash’ burgers with great flavours. Fries were excellent too. Price is ridiculously cheap for what you get. One of the best burgers I’ve had in the UK. Just wished I lived closer!

Not for us. We had a plain chicken burger with cheese and fries each and got chicken fillets and fries for our daughter. The chicken was nice and fresh but the coating/batter ruined it. The fries" were just husks of chips that were blast fried on the outside and no potato inside. They were very sickly and left a strong greasy taste so neither of us bothered with them."

My boyfriend came into the store today and got two fussy burgers one with extra patty,bacon and both were no mayonnaise or lettuce .from the moment he walked in the customer service was appalling the woman behind the counter was on her mobile and walked away from him as he got to the counter,the chef had to take his order which they completely messed up as both burgers had mayonnaise and lettuce on.if I had took one bite from that burger my throat. No would of swelled up and I would of had to been hospitalised as I am highly allergic to mayonnaise.we will not be going back to fries and burgz in the future which is a shame as we are a regular customer.

Not for me. Greasy messy burgers. But for only £6 for a burger, fries & sauce cannot really complain. Expectations were high based on how many customers they had in and out but price point is attractive. 3/10 compared to other smash burger establishment. Fries are basic plain and bland. Burger sauce literally tasted like mayo & paprika mixed together. Incredibly fast service, decor & atmosphere inside spot on.

We eat here at least once a week. It’s our go to place in forest hall. Staff are lovely and friendly and good tunes playing while you wait. Lots of options on the menu and prices are really good for big servings. We love this place!

Fast, friendly service. The burgers are to die for, I got the classic and can't recommend it enough. The buttermilk chicken strips really elevate the meal as well. Absolutely the best burger in town.

What can't be said about this place that already hasn't been... Best fast food burger stop in Newcastle by a country mile.Value for money and my god the burgers are just sooo good!Keep doing what you're doing guys!
