Booked 2 seats 2 months in advance. Travelled from London and booked accomodation especially. I had even emailed with James previously to let him know I am disabled, and he assured me I would have no issue with the seats etc. I got an email the evening before the trip (it was booked for 10.30 am) to say it was cancelled as not enough people had booked. So disappointing, and a wasted trip and expense. I had already pre-arranged taxis as I am not able to walk far. I replied to ask if there was any way the trip could still happen and got no reply. I would have been happy to pay extra. Horrible service and I was really upset by this.

Highly recommend this trip. Book online to save 10% off the £35 ticket. We throughly enjoyed our trip today, fantastic weather clearly helped. Mersea locals but we learned a lot. Comfy seats, James was friendly. Clear safety advice. Fun & informative.

Great hour trip out - my 14 and 11 year old boys had a great time - day started with lunch at the beach then crabbing then a great ride out on the rib! Highly recommend!

We were 2 families with children, the youngest being 4 years old. We had the BEST boat trip. James showed us the sites and talked about the history of Mersea which was fascinating! James put us all at ease very quickly and regularly made us laugh throughout the trip, it was such brilliant fun! It was all round a great experience for us all and I would highly recommend this excellent boat trip to anyone up for a thrilling and fun filled ride around the sites of Mersea and Osea.

Wow! This was a smashing trip. James performed some amazing manovers in the boat. We got a bit of air and raced down the estuary. His knowledge of the surrounding is fab and we had a wonderful lunch at the Green man pub aswell. Dont miss this its a fantastic trip

We booked the boat for an hour trip down to Osea. Great fun for ages 8 to 74, we all loved the speed and thrills.Skippers shares good local information.Recommend, everyone left the boat with a huge grin.

Family of four did the 1hr Rib Tour. It was such good fun and really interesting to see Radio Caroline, Osea island and all the bits in between. James was fantastic and had some interesting facts about these places to share. Was a brilliant way to cool down on one of the hottest days! The kids loved it, and so did we. Highly recommended.
