Had a air con recharge. Within 5 hours system had failed. Obviously system had a leak which they failed to identify. Contacted them and explained situation. Their response was they don't repair faults. . Refused to refund money. re

Always go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer.They always give you the best prices they can and never pressure you into making a decision to get your work carried out there.Where possible they will always try and squeeze you in, I have contacted them very last minute many of times and they've always shifted things around to fit me in !

Warm and friendly customer service. I felt comfortable as a lone female customer with minimal experience of cars. Easy to book MOT/Service online, but unnerving at first as they have two websites running with different prices. They need to rectify this to avoid confusion about scams.
