Absolutely beautiful gardens with lots of unusual plants. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit - the gardens are well maintained, the groundskeepers were lovely, toilets were clean and it's just such an unexpected find. So calm and peaceful. Dog friendly too. Well worth a visit!

Absolutely beautiful gardens on the stunning island of Gigha.Hours could be spent wandering through the grounds here. The walk to the viewpoint is well worth it.Please remember to pay on entering the Gardens!

Absolutely stunning surroundings, lovely to see such a clearly beloved space so easily accessible but without being overly manicured/sanitised. Felt like a magic woodland paradise, could have wandered the paths all day!

Beautiful gardens, and a lovely collection of Rhododendron species, some very rare ones too. Picnic area in the garden, bamboo maze to amuse the kids, and fantastic views out over the sea. Highly recommend a visit!

Fantastic mature gardens on Gigha, definitely plan a visit!Make sure you walk up to the viewpoint from the walled garden.

We enjoyed our walk around the woodland garden and the walled garden. The viewpoint was a lovely surprise. We sat and ate our picnic looking out to the sea

Beautiful gardens...roaming peacocks, stunning flowers and all sorts of trees, some I've never seen before. Amazing what can grow on the west coast of Scotland. Even stumbled across a Slow Worm! Definitely worth a visit, was a real highlight of our Gigha trip.

Achamore Gardens
Stunning gardens ran by the local community. Very friendly and helpful staff. New easy access path has just been installed. Creating a large wheelchair and buggy friendly area. Walled gardens were exploding with colour when we were there in September. We will definitely be back!
