Jayne’s knowledge of Pilates is only surpassed by her passion for it. She is an amazing teacher, really encouraging and her feedback is precise and helpful. I’ve been attending her beginner/intermediate mat class for a year and a half. Jayne explains the purpose of each move and makes sure the class has the right amount of challenge, based on who is in the class. My strength and flexibility have improved immensely. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I have seen fantastic results from my Pilates classes with Jayne. I'd been suffering from lower back pain from a torn disc, and thanks to pilates, my pain has gone. Pilates has also been immeasurably helpful in building strength and flexibility while I trained for a half marathon, and I've noticed an increase in overall strength and tone. Jayne is an excellent teacher and a true expert in her field, and I highly recommend her to anyone interested in taking Pilates classes at any level.

As a Pilates instructor, I booked one to one private sessions with Jayne. She is friendly, approachable, professional and very passionate about her teaching.My Pilates practice was fine tuned and individualised for me. Jayne through her own experience and practice, has great intuition as to what your body needs and how your practice can be developed and improved. I will continue training with Jayne, as each session, I learn something new about my practice and about my body.

I have been attending Jayne's Online Mat Classes for over a year now. Jayne teaches Classical Pilates and I have been impressed with how this has changed my body to become more flexible and stronger. Overall I feel fitter and my running has improved. I no longer suffer from lower back pain which is wonderful. Jayne is an excellent Pilates teacher with years of experience. This comes across in her classes where she focuses on the areas that need improvement and at the same time builds on your strengths. I would highly recommend Jayne.

Excellent studio with good equipment, the studio has a welcoming and friendly environment. I was a beginner in reformer with an injury so it has helped me function with basic movement and get fitter. It has also changed the shape of my body doing 2-3 sessions a week. Both private and group sessions are really enjoyable in a safe, comfortable environment. I have been able to push my body further than I knew. I would highly recommend for beginners and experienced reformer pilates students. Jayne and Rachel are both extremely experienced qualified teachers who I enjoy learning from.

I have been working with Jayne for 3 years both in person and online. Her experience and belief in the power of classical Pilates to optimise health and fitness comes through in her teaching. She is exacting in her commitment to help you learn and enjoy the workout and I have enjoyed every session and will continue to do so. If you are considering taking Pilates up as a first timer or returning after a pause, Jayne is an excellent teacher whose approach will probably ensure you make Pilates a natural and beneficial part of your life.

I have had one to one sessions with Jayne twice a week for over a year now. The benefits are gradual but quite dramatic. Some of the exercises were impossible at the beginning, and now they seem quite straight forward. I am a keen golfer and Pilates has transformed my stability and core strength. my game has improved a lot. I am 62 and feel better than I have for years. Looking forward to further gains !

I have been taking private pilates sessions with Jayne for more than two months now. I run a lot so I experience knee pains quite often, Jayne has tailored the sessions to help strengthen my legs to prevent further injuries. She is also extremely patient and lessons are always fun! :)

Can't recommend more highly. Since switching studios, I have a new understanding of Pilates and my body, I noticed the difference almost immediately. My body feels stronger and looks more toned. Thank you Jayne, wish I had found you earlier!
