Lovely team, welcoming and polite and go through everything thoroughly. Recommended to my friends and they only go to indigo sun now by where they live!

I’ve not been on a sunbed in nearly 30 years and was really apprehensive about going. I’ve now been to Inigo Sun in Sheldon twice now and wow what an amazing and wonderful experience! When I went initially to enquire the two ladies on reception were so warm, friendly and welcoming (apologies ladies but I don’t know your names). Their customer service was superb. They talked me through everything and quashed my concerns. I paid for a 60 minute course and got 15 minutes for free which was a bonus. On both occasions I’ve been for my sunbed session I’ve been greeted by an amazing lady called Aalluah. We instantly built up a wonderful rapport due to her warm welcoming friendly persona. Her customer service was first class I’d go as far as amazing. She could see I was worried about using the beds for the first time. She showed me what to do and made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for her. On my second visit Aalluah was there again and she was equally as amazing. A really modern sunbed salon, great beds, clean, tidy and friendly. The staff are always cleaning. For a first time sunbed goer in 30 years I’m well impressed. Highly recommend. If your deciding whether to go then don’t delay as it’s the best decision I’ve made to go there. Can’t wait for my next session!!! 3 people on shift, but no one available to serve you at the reception as too busy chatting. They noticed me but I still had to wait for a while till they finish their conversation. They let their friend straight in to sunbed, even though I was waiting for the same one for about 10 minutes. I had to wait for the other one to become available (another 10 minutes of my time), and then it was another extra few minutes because all 3 disappeared and I had to wait for them to come back and clean there. If you want any creams or goggles you have to ask. If I knew the name of one of the ladies there I would definitely made an official complaint; she made me feel very unwelcome and the way she spoke to me as if I was stupid or don't understand English. Shame you can't transfer your minutes to different branch, I still have quite a lot of them left and I'm definitely not coming back to Sheldon branch.

I usually go to indigo sun in Solihull, I brought 60min for £24. But today I went to this one as it’s closer, for the first time. And the lady can’t find me by my last name so I had to fill the form again, and then she’s asking me to pay to which I told her I have 60min brought. She told me that this will only work in Solihull. How stupid is that as it’s the same company!? Really they should upgrade their technology system! Also the bed was dirty and the floor in the room, and the workes just sat around and talked. Never going back there again!! Solihull one is way better, everytime before I go in the lady always cleans the room.Also I only go to indigo sun as it has the “stand up beds” but Consol Tannig Studio is way better as you have a app with everything you need. Indigo sun You SHOULD take some notes we are in 2023!! It’s just a shame that they don’t don’t do the “stand up beds”..

I couldn't recommend this place enough... I've tried so many shops and this is by far the best. Modern beds and super clean. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Absolutely 10/10.

Staff are absolutely unprofessional do nothing but stand there with a face on them and whispering clearly don’t think this is the type of job for them as they don’t seem to look or act like they enjoy it , rude and snappy all I did was ask for a cream and she rolled her eyes and aggressivley. I love the beds but being in this type of company makes me feel so uncomfortable .

The place is clean, and spacious, lamps are good. Got my tan with a few visits. Did not have a tan for years, took the first session for 9 minutes and then once per week 12, got a natural tan. Bought a session on promotion, pleased with the price.The ladies at reception were polite.

The beds are really good here, really modern and relaxing however I am baffled at the amount of reviews mentioning friendly staff? I’ve only ever been welcomed with a smile off 2 of the girls that work here and the rest of them give me dirty looks, huff and puff and one even chucked my sachet of cream at me?? Really rude, It’s not a good look at all giving me evil stares across the shop so I think I’m going to switch to consol now that I’ve used all of my minutes honestly fix your staff up please !

I should have read the reviews before coming here. I use a different branch regularly and it’s amazing, I came here as it’s close to my work and it was awful, never again. First of all, the staff are rude and useless. Secondly, the bed I used didn’t heat up until 7 and a half minutes into my 12 minute session (which I was forced to have because their systems aren’t linked and I had to sign up again? Don’t know what ancient systems they use but it’s very annoying) the bed went from being colder than the weather outside for ages to baking hot in a couple of seconds, and when I opened my eyes about 10 minutes in (because I’m usually being blinded but this time I wasn’t) I noticed the bulbs above my face weren’t even on! I had turned up all the settings but that only seemed to affect the “beauty lights”, the actual tanning bulbs wouldn’t come on.I told the staff member about this and she was beyond useless and told me she would tell her manager tomorrow because managers only work 9-5 which is an insane way to run a business, how can you not have a shift manager on to deal with issues?There’s a Consol tanning studio just up the cov road, save yourself the grief and go there instead.
