Joined about a year ago started doing Bootcamp but now do Metafit, kettlebells & ab blast too. Great atmosphere, felt welcomed from day one. Great vfm, quality kit and great instructors. I recommend FSP.

Matt's a top bloke and the range of sessions he does at FSP is unreal. There's something for everyone, for all fitness ranges.

Food was delicious and owners very friendly. Lovely views over the fields. Will go again.

Matt really knows his stuff and is very reasonably priced for a personal trainer I got to fifty and everything started packing up and was overweight and unfit in 8 short weeks he has transformed my level of fitness shed 7 kilos and transformed some fat to muscleThe training sessions are always changing to keep you interested and his knowledge of the body means that if you have a niggle you can carry on training a different part of the body without injuring yourself I'm really glad I joined up best one in this area I thinkSimon
