Cannot recommend Sylvarna highly enough. From start to finish they have been absolutely fantastic.James designed the kitchen initially, giving valued options and opinions where nothing was too much trouble. He Organised various tradesmen and visits along the way and Communication throughout this process was excellent.Frank installed the kitchen with precision attention to detail and care, he was incredibly tidy, polite, and nothing was too much trouble. James oversaw this process and was always on hand to check every detail.Something so stressful turned into a seamless transition, and I cannot fault the staff or process at all.Absolutely 5 star service.

Came into confrontation with one of the this company's van drivers trying to exit a car park. Driver seemed to have an issue with another car parked in the car park - blamed us even though we were not associated with the car, blocked us in and was rude and aggressive. Did not use the companies services

Eight years ago when we built our home in the Witterings we worked with James Blann at Sylvarna to design, supply, and fit our stunning kitchen, - which we’re still in love with all these years later. When the time came to extend the modest utility room in order to produce a larger utility-cum-boot room it was a no brainer, - we were straight to Sylvarna to call upon James’s huge expertise once again. As well as an extensive run of cabinetry and a boots and coats area, - James designed and arranged production of a truly exceptional dog-shower station which has been beautifully manufactured in seamless Corian. We now have stacked laundry machines - instead of the previous space-wasting side-by-side arrangement, -loads of new and much-needed storage, - proper cloakroom hanging space, and a truly practical dedicated facility for cleaning up the pups after their muddy walks. We are delighted with the result, and have no hesitation in highly recommending Sylvarna once again. The whole experience has been a pleasure, prices are fair, and customer service is exceptional. Thank you James, - I know folks don’t need a new kitchen very often; - we’ve had two great experiences with you now, - I’m sure we’ll manage a third in due course. I’m looking forward too it. If only all home improvements went this well!

We had a kitchen designed and fitted by Sylvarna. The quality of both the kitchen and the fitting service was excellent. The designer was helpful and responsive, and I felt I got the kitchen of my dreams! The fitter was really professional. He provided a real craftsman’s service, and was tidy and reliable. I am delighted with the final product, and would be happy to recommend Sylvarna with complete confidence.

Popped in to the showroom today. Met by James Blann, who encouraged us to look around and find him when ready, which we did. We had a good idea what we wanted and intended to book a home visit to design our kitchen / utility room. Instead we were given a tour of the different unit and appliance options and given a 'typical' price for mid-range kitchen. It seemed like the salesman judged us to be unable to afford, and not interested in either hearing what we would like nor booking a home visit. Most bizarre. Gave us a brochure and told us to look around other kitchen suppliers to work out what we wanted (he never asked) and to call if we wanted to take it further.We know what we want and will work with another supplier - most likely Kutchenhaus in Chichester, which have been much more professional and approachable. Sylvarna will not be getting an opportunity from us. Way too snooty!

We had a problem with our hob ducting due to a builders fault at installation. Sylvarna had supplied the kitchen and came out immediately to fix the issue. A very professional company with prompt, polite service.

Overall our experience of Sylvarna was excellent.The knowledge and expertise of the design team in collating our numerous ideas and turning them into a great plan was fantastic. We appreciated the sensitive and clear way our budget was used and stuck to, to deliver what we had in mind.Throughout our project the communication from the Sylvarna team was clear, fast and accurate.This clarity and reliability allowed for accurate planning and gave us points to work other, more dynamic elements of our building project around.The beautiful kitchen works perfectly for our family and environment. The quality of the appliances and the solidity of the cabinets is fantastic.Overall we are delighted. Thank you again for everything.

Sylvarna provided a brilliant service when designing and fitting our beautiful kitchen. I made several changes to the design and ordering of appliances. However, nothing was difficult or a problem for them, they have been helpful, efficient and professional though out the whole experience.
