Fantastic experience at Omega Cardiff today when me and my farther went in looking for a Speed Master Moon Watch.Phil, Adam, Charlie and Geraint were professional and made it so special for him, explaining everything about the watch, offering drink and making it a truly pleasurable shopping experience for his first luxury watch.Will definitely be coming back for future purchases and accessorises.

Had a great time here today thanks to Charlie & Geraint.Had no idea I would get a new Omega today, just browsing but just talking to Charlie who was very knowledgeable about new Seamaster, I made the fatal mistake of trying it on.Beautiful watch, My partner was sipping her Bollinger and life is short, so another Omega came home with us.The customer service we received from both Charlie and Geraint was A+ from beginning to end. I purchase an Omega Seamaster at the Cardiff boutique on Sunday. James, Charlie, Lucie and Phil made the experience very special for my partner and I. The choice of models, straps and the vigorous testing process each watch is subjected to was explained in great detail. We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit having stayed for around 2 hours getting to know the team. I fully intend to return as a repeat customer in future. Thank you all.

I'd like to start this review by thanking all the staff I spoke to and dealt with from start to finish with my purchase. I wasn't exactly after a specific piece however, there was a criteria I was trying to achieve. Massive thanks to James for his outstanding patience and suggestions to zero in on the specific piece. Vicky what can I say an absolute pocket rocket of knowledge which shows her passion for the brand. The specification of the watch rolled off the tongue in a professional manner. Lucy was amazing and very welcoming with my son which helped the experience massively also serving an ice cold Peroni during my next visit as promised. Philip, I only have dealings with over the phone but he was very polite and professional on amending my account details and passing on a message to Charlie to contact me on his return. Whom then closed the show, Charlie you have a fantastic team and it was an absolute pleasure purchasing my first Omega from yourself, your pitch was second to none and far beyond my expectations. The whole experience from the store, the welcoming, the refreshments, the knowledge, the sale and the packaging was much better than any other watch collection I have experienced in the past.
