Rang up to book taxi, friendly lady answered. Received link to pay straight away, so easy to do. Driver arrived on time and was friendly. Would definitely use again.

Good service always on time.but just one thing they need to fix that driver use their own phone . Wylie they have customer in car . And sharing customers journey with other people over the phone.

A MOTHER WITH KID! the person handling the call treat you inhumane with hate, telling you call another company. they just left us 10 minutes before what means they know I pay by card, and make up lies.If you want be treated with respect avoid it for your good, they are bad special for woman and kids

I have used this service 5 or 6 times in the last couple of years I have been living in Blackburn and they have always been really good to us. Always punctual, always polite and I wouldn't say it's an expensive service either.

Outstanding experience with Matrix Taxi. I had to book a long trip with fairly short notice and they had no problem accommodating. Driver was on time and very professional and personable for the 67 mile trip. Great taxi company!

Excellent service from start to finish. Brilliant customer service on the phone to make booking and a fab, professional friendly driver and great price. Would use more if was more local to you but will deffo use again when need travel from Blackburn. Thank you.

An absolutely rubbish taxi driver. My mum is disabled and we took my mums wheelchair with us the driver didn't even have the decency to get out of his car and help put the wheelchair in the car. Absolutely rubbish service wouldn't recommend to anyone

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience when trying to arrange a taxi pickup in town through Matrix Taxis. The customer service representative I spoke to on the phone left me feeling disappointed and annoyed.To begin with, it became evident that the person I was speaking to had no knowledge of the pickup location or the destination we wanted to reach. This lack of familiarity with the area was surprising and unprofessional. As customers, we expect the taxi company to have a good understanding of the local geography and to be able to assist us in finding our way.Furthermore, the representative's demeanor was quite rude and demanding. Instead of trying to help us navigate the situation, he seemed more interested in berating us for not providing a postcode. Unfortunately, we were not familiar with the area and did not have access to a postcode. The way the representative insisted on having this information without offering any alternative solutions was highly frustrating and unhelpful.The whole interaction with Matrix Taxis left a lot to be desired. A taxi service should prioritize customer satisfaction, efficient communication, and a willingness to assist in locating destinations. Unfortunately, none of these qualities were exhibited during my experience.Overall, I cannot recommend Matrix Taxis based on my encounter. The lack of knowledge, rude behavior, and inability to provide assistance or offer alternatives left me with a negative impression. I would advise seeking alternative taxi services in the area that prioritize customer service and professionalism
