Takes a good 3 hours for delivery, must be cooking from scratch. I recommend pre ordering a good 4 hours before! What makes it worse is it’s actually really good food

Really long wait for food. I don’t mind if it takes a while but they really should be honest about the time when ordering and each time I rang up they kept telling me ‘it’s just on its way, five minutes’ despite that being an obvious lie.

Absolutely shocking! Order confirmed at 7:31pm on just eat, did not arrive until 9:45pm after numerous phone calls! Understand busyness of a Saturday night but that’s ridiculous.Food was cold, dry, bland and tasteless. The lamb Sheek starter was inedible. The poppadoms and Nan weren’t even nice, how can an Indian get that wrong?! Very disappointing all round. Will recommended to nobody and will not be returning!

The food is actually really nice and I really enjoy the food from here. Unfortunately, it is severely let down by poor poor poor customer service! Items are missing from the order, and when we tried to resolve it over the phone, the person on the phone was very rude and clearly reluctant to get the driver to deliver the missing items!

Food was barely warm. Took a loooong time for delivery. Tasteless and bland. May as well of made a packet of microwave rice. Meat was tough as boots. Won’t be ordering again

Delicious food and amazing service. I added instructions to label the food with the names of the dishes and they did it in such a cute manner with little smiles and notes. Really appreciate it, very nice gesture. Thanks alot.

Spot on food, clean ,friendly and fast service. Great food,nice people,and good price. The delivery times arnt good but I always collect so only a 20 min wait.

First time ordering from here. When the food arrived , the driver went to the house next door , where we had to call him over. When we sat down to eat , the food was stone cold. The curry was far too sweet , and was flavourless. My partner ordered the doner box , and everything Was once again stone cold. The chips were soggy and the meet was tough and dry. We were incredibly dissatisfied and the food went straight in the bin. All the money right down the drain , and we wish we never ordered from here. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Disappointed.
