The Therapy Toolbox

I have had Bowen Technique therapy for a few years from Katy with her other therapies included. Katy is very professional in her work. I travel from Dindee to have Katys therapy as she is so good.I always feel she helps me. I have had Bowen Technique Therapy 18 yrs 1st in Shetland.It is a therapy that should be more known.Thank youMary

Didn't know anything about Bowen but it was a positive experience. I didn't think it had done anything to improve my dodgy knee, however my knee is now much much better than it was! It can not be a coincidence! I am now a fan!

I suppose that I was a bit of a sceptic with regard to alternative therapy's, however I was in some discomfort, so decided to try my 1st Bowen" treatment.Katy explained the process very clearly

Katie has saved me when medication physio's couldn't for acute (made me pass out) and chronic recurring neck pain that is now managed. She has a very calming personality as is the environment she's created for treatment.

I was suffering with pain in my shoulder and my Achilles tendon. All my GP could do was to recommend exercises for me to do.I asked for Katy's help to see if she could do anything for me. I don't really understand very much about Bowen, but whatever Katy was doing it was working. Even after the first appointment I could feel a difference. I would say to anyone, it's well worth trying.
