the customer service is appalling. Bought a brand new car in March and already the battery is faulty and getting no help what so ever from currie motors, appointment given after 5 days in the mean while i’m supposed to have sat without a car. someone was meant to call but no one bothered.

By the time I came to Currie Motors Toyota Twickenham, I had spent hours and hours researching used vehicles and had twisted myself into knots trying to rank my priorities of price, condition, availability, safety, and features. Grana took on the challenge of helping me balance all these factors and spent over two hours with me looking at various cars, including used, pre-registered, and even brand new. I had a ton of questions for her and she helped me with empathy and patience. Not only that, but based on my insane timeline she was able to make magic and have my car available for collection less than 24 hours after I put down my deposit. The car was beautifully valeted at collection. It was a stressful process overall for me, but Grana really helped ease my concerns and found a vehicle to fit my needs. Thank you, Grana!

I have recently purchased a new vehicle from ,Currie Motors Toyota/ Twickenham.And would like to pass on my appreciation to Zuzana Uhlirova for professional service.The visit to the dealership was a very pleasurable experience, from the welcome of the receptionist :) to meeting Zuzana, and additional members of the Toyota staff.Everything was explained by knowledgeable staff.This is a dealership that treats customers as they should, and they certainly uphold the Toyota experience, many thanks.

After going from dealership to dealership (some VERY poor experiences within the same brand in Brentford) trying to decide what car to change to, I finally decided to stick with the CHR again, and that was down to the service I received from this dealership mainly Antoun, from the start when Antoun came onto the forecourt to greet me and then found out my needs etc to finish when he handed and showed me round the car.The experience has been very professional and yet friendly, he has been prompt in his communication, made me feel at ease when explaining the agreement and been patient while I’ve been unwell which delayed me picking the car.I loved how Antoun’s sales and people’s skills were not of a typical arrogant sales person (which I experienced locally) but of one that made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this branch and would like to thank them for making me feel welcomed by acknowledging me everytime I went in.Looking forward to my journey ahead with them and my new car.Thanks Antoun.

A smooth process to rent a great car for a month, both the pick up and return were easy and great friendly staff....definitely would use again, felt more personal than the big rental companies where it can be very hit and miss. They offered a great deal on an upgrade because we were hiring for so long but were not pushy when we said we preferred the slightly smaller car.

Having had a BMW, Volvo and Porsche as last few cars, the service received by Zuzana at Toyota was so much better than any of those - and we haven’t even bought a car there yet! After we received poor after sales / servicing from all of the above, few people recommended this garage for their sales and servicing and Zuzana has been really responsive and helpful at showing us the options.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Toyota Twickenham. The senior sales staff were uninterested in selling cars and treated me with a condescending attitude. They undervalued my Toyota by £2500 compared to other Toyota dealerships, which I found insulting. It was a waste of my time, and in the end, I decided to buy a Toyota from a different dealership.

What a great experience!! The team at Currie Motors was absolutely incredible, especially Zuzana who went above and beyond to help get the finance approved and get us the car we really loved. Not only was the team and their service great, but the car was given to us very clean and in great condition. I would recommend ANYONE to go see the team in Twickenham if you are looking for a new or used car.

He was extremely patient and provided the utmost care when helping me to identify and purchase a car suitable for me. I’m so happy with my choice of car and can’t wait to get out and about with it!
