The Property Management team at Keystones are very friendly, and very responsive. We've not had many issues in our house but they're always happy to help with whatever is going on. It's rare to find decent and honest Property management teams these days. Keystones are right up there on my list. Long may it continue!

This is our second time using Keystones Property to market and sell our property.In our current situation we switched to Keystones after having our property listed through another agent for several months without any success.The ability of the Keystones staff to get serious buyers through the door in the current challenging economic climate is astounding really, when this was clearly a struggle for our previous agents.The approach Keystones take is I believe unique in the industry where they make quite fun short videos showcasing all the rooms in your property and then post these on various social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. This is done prior to the property going live on online property portals such as Rightmove.All staff I have dealt with at Keystones have been a pleasure to work with including manager Chris who did the initial valuation as well as giving us regular updates on the phone when needed.Sam and Libby have also been brilliant and have done all our viewings between them and really helped in promoting our property to potential buyers when they came to see it.Libby has also been great with her regular communication and updates over WhatsApp with prompt replies to my queries and has always been willing to go the extra mile and this has been greatly appreciated.Our sales process is still ongoing and will post a further update once this completes but overall would wholeheartedly recommend Keystones Property to anyone looking to sell their property and their service is head and shoulders above most other big players in the industry.

His the only estate agent out of all estate agents weve met at viewings in London through our journey that has kept in regular contact with us and sent us properties that we may be interested in personally. I work in the industry, and with a variety of Estate Agency businesses across the UK, and just wanted to pay homage, and underline for the general public, what a cracking group of people work within Scott’s business, Keystone Property in Romford. They are a diverse team of different age groups who all ‘get’ the values and culture that is being spread throughout the operation, and every call I heard, conversation I was part of, and sessions I was involved in, was carried out with respect, confidence and a genuine belief in what they stand for as an Agency. I cannot comment on other agents in Romford, but if anyone would like a strong recommendation for the services of an Estate Agent in the area, these guys would be mine. Total respect.
