Lovely service. Went in to buy a new vape after mine broke. The guy was very helpful even asked what liquids I like and suggested their best selling liquid and I loved it. Best believe I went back the next day for more liquid. 5 star straight

Went in here as I'd broken my glass tank and needing one ASAP, and whilst I was their thought I'd buy some more coils also. Well, I'd have been as well serving myself! The guy was so engrossed on his phone, playing poker (I asked him) than actually being very helpful!! I got a replacement tank OK and asked him for coils. Trusting he'd given me the right ones as I'd told him exactly the ones I needed I didn't think to check them and turns out they are the wrong kind. Not a very happy customer and will not be returning!

Super helpful, spent 15mins or more with them answering all my stupid questions and showing me their stock. I'll be happy to go back for my supplies in the future. Easy to park close by and nip in.Thanks for your help and time today between all the other customers popping in.

Local store is really friendly. I wish they would get in more spares for tanks and so on. Also getting in more advanced wire like tri core fused Clapton spools. They would attract more advanced vapers.

Great service from staff, staff are very friendly and are clearly knowledgeable. Some liquids can be pricey but for standard 10ml bottles they're very well priced. Good selection of stock nonetheless. Easy to access location for pedestrians and parking available nearby if arriving by car, but availability dependent on time of day.

Great service from guy in shop today. Let me try the e liquid he was using because it smelled really nice. I ended up buying a bottle. Top guy and great service. Will be back for another bottle of lemon tart flavour soon!

Went to return a faulty vape here at the weekend. It was obvious throughout the process that the server was reluctant to refund but they finally conceded that the vape was faulty and agreed to a replacement. After processing the replacement and handing our elderly Mother the new vape, she then thought to ask if we had the original box and when we advised no (never told at point of sale that this was required) she took the new vape back. She then advised that keeping the box encase we needed a refund would have been explained when the purchase was made. This was not the case. Very unpleasant experience, wont be back.
