I very rarely leave reviews but Jim and Thomas from JSL have been amazing so I feel it’s needed! After being let down by other plumbers I phoned JSL on the Wednesday afternoon and they arranged to come out on the Thursday afternoon. Thomas arrived on time, told me the cost (which was very reasonable) and done the job there and then. Had a very small issue but phoned the office and Thomas came back again to make sure it was resolved. I would definitely recommend these guys and won’t hesitate to use them again :)

Thomas Originally came out to diagnose a Toilet that was not flushing. Everything was clearly explained to me, I was given a quote, and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the work the following week. Thomas arrived bang on time again the next week and carried out the work perfectly, only charging me the original quote despite having to replace an unforeseen component during the actual work.I would highly recommend JSL plumbing!

Great job. We needed a macerator replaced in our west end flat. Tom was professional, arrived on time, did a clean and tidy job and was friendly too. They needed to return to replace a faulty part in the new unit - same excellent service. Thank you Jim and team.

Contacted Jim who was friendly and professional and organised for Darren to visit. Darren identified problems quickly, explained clearly to me the cause and sorted them. No mess, extremely tidy and very courteous. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Jim fixed a tricky external piping issue and toilet fitting that required our external walls to be drilled last year. This was done quickly, professionally and with no mess.In November, our house was flooded. Lily came and fixed it the same day.Today, our shower has stopped working and the company has booked us in for tomorrow to replace it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and very nice guy!This is the second time i've used JSL Plumbing now to unblock drains. Called Jim and within 24hours my drains were clear again and great value too. Lily and Jim were early, professional, friendly. They were very helpful explaining what needed done, how much it would cost and that it could be sorted straight away. They worked efficiently. Job was done and cleaned up within the hour, price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you both very much.
