Just called reception for some advise and the woman has made a racist remark that is en professional im so disappointed she shouldn't be working in there and not only me who's complaining is a lot more peaple that had some problem and I think with the same person I just spoke too

Excellent doctors, good listeners and attentive to the patients' needs.Not always easy to get a convenient appointment, but there is a walk in service in the morning for urgent matters that cannot wait.

Very grateful to the female doctor, female nurse and the lady in the reception for taking care of me recently, when I was experiencing quite serious health issues. You are my personal heroes of these difficult times. The surgery takes so many patients despite the pandemic and the staff really cares about the people.

Excellent service all around. Receptionists are all lovely. So glad we moved from the horrendous non-service at Shoreham Street. Had a serious problem this year and had to speak with someone on several occasions - nothing was too much trouble, receptions insisted I had calls with doctors etc.

Haven't been able to get through once to make an appointment for the past 2 months and my prescription was never sent out. 1 star rating*UPDATE* Have since been able to get appointments and the staff have been wonderful. 4 star rating.

I miss this GP. I had to move from and my new GP are just horrendous! The service I got at Hanover was excellent, the Doctors were all genuinely concerned and caring, and referrals for tests/hospital were made quickly.

I am honestly putting two stars but not because of the doctors, they are all brilliant here they really are and I honestly can’t fault them, however they really need to get the receptionist in order I’ve never had a good experience with them at all, I have many examples of this, for one they sound like they’ve just got out bed with a hangover so groggy and rude that when they first answer the phone absolutely no enthusiasm to help you at all like you are ringing at an inconvenient time, so until today I didn’t think it was necessary to put a review on I called today after I told her my name she huffed then took my date of birth then she was looking something up on the system for me and went quiet she thought she put me on hold….. then muttered under her breath! ‘Another foreigner’ I honestly couldn’t believe I heard that I was so shocked! I wasn’t sure she was talking about me but either way that attitude is disgusting and I really hope all these calls are recorded because it’s not right at all this is an ethnic community we don’t have room for racist receptionist

After changing my appalling surgery from carterknowle that caused me to wait 6 months for a simple blood form and delayed other medications, I find Hanover centre to be FANTASTIC!I cannot praise the doctors and reception staff. The reception staff are ACTUALLY empathetic and kind, as well as pleasant to talk to. The doctors! I cannot praise enough. I have never spoken to a doctor so concerned about the welfare of his/her patients. The GP i spoke to today actually told me she wouldn't be happy if I put the phone and felt worried. How nice! She didn't make me feel like the clock was ticking. Even the other two doctors we so pleasant.

Very good GP! You need to stay on the line a bit in the mornings to get an appointment, but they always could offer me help and a solution to my problems.

More than 1 week is I ask everyday for the fit note and the reception tell me call tomorrow, receptionist is very rude and racist.
