Fantastic service from Gareth and Sally. They provided and fitted a new loft ladder and hatch at very short notice. Standard of the work was first class with no mess. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a simply wonderful service business. A number of years ago we had a substantial loft boarding including replacement, relocation and enlargement of the then existing hatch. The workmanship by Gareth was excellent.Later (probably through wear and tear) we had a problem with the hatch mechanism. Sally could not have been more responsive and an appointment was arranged for Gareth to attend. He did so and remedied the problem.We would fully recommend this business for quality work and service

We just had a loft ladder and some loft boards installed today and we are thrilled with the result. Not only that, but the communication from start to finish has been absolutely incredible- quite rare in this day and age. Sally answered all my queries (I was booking it all for my disabled Mum) and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't there whilst they were being installed, but my Mum felt at ease and called Gareth an absolute diamond- which is a huge compliment from my Mum. Thank you so much for a seamless service. We couldn’t recommend Sally & Gareth more. From start to finish they were professional, fully understanding our needs, whilst helping to keep all work within our budget, ensuring to provide everything we were looking for and more. The job has been finished to a very high standard, and the house was kept immaculate throughout (with Gareth even offering to hoover before he left!!) The aftercare has already been excellent and we couldn’t be happier. Can’t recommend enough!

Gareth and Andy did a fantastic job boarding our loft. We also had a new light and ladder installed for the attic.Both were very approachable and complete professionals in this field. Everything was clearly explained to us throughout each step of the job and they also gave us recommendations (during the quotation) to save money whilst receiving the same output.We originally had a quote for 16 meters of boarding but Gareth kindly amended this for us as he noticed (during the job) there wasn't as much boarding required (11.5 metres) and it saved us quite a few quid (thank you!).Sheets were placed throughout the house to avoid mess and they also kindly hoovered up for us before departing.Communication skills were excellent throughout. I thought it would be difficult to do business from 200 miles away but was so pleased that all was made very problem free with the the professionalism that I experienced from Advanced Loft Ladders Ltd. A wonderful job was done on the fitting and I was supplied with the exact product that I requested at a time that was agreed. All was done without fuss and After doing the work my property was left clean and tidy too. All notification was promptly dealt with and I was made to feel very a very valued customer. Great company from start to finish. Had hatch extended, attic floored and really pleased with outcome. Gareth fitted slightly less than anticipated so reduced invoice, not often tradespeople are that honest. Best thing, and something lots of companies don’t make a priority, is coming home to a clean house! Wouldn’t have known they’d been doing carpentry round the house. Highly recommend
